The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Watersense Plumbing defining the rules and acceptable behavior of this website and services.

Terms and Conditions of Service
The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual customer and Watersense Plumbing defining the rules and acceptable behavior of this service.
Payment is due no later than 7 days after date of invoice.
All plumbing and allied items remain property of Watersense Plumbing until fully paid for.
All invoices are COD invoices, unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payment on time will result in further action being taken.
Quotes and invoices need to be signed & returned. An emailed approval or any other form of written consent will be considered approved authorization to carry out the work. A deposit for a quotation (listing what needs to be done) will also be considered an authorized instruction to carry out the work.
Watersense Plumbing will not be held liable for damages caused by factors not related to plumbing work that is set out in your quotation or invoice.
Watersense Plumbing does not accept liability for injuries, death of any person, loss or damage to property, arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever, by whomsoever; caused by negligence, gross negligence, wrongful acts or omissions of the owner, manager, tenant or operator on site.
Children to stay clear of plumbing works at all times.
Approaching any active plumbing works is entirely at your own risk.
You must keep the work area clear for the plumber to complete the work laid out.
You cannot withhold or damage any of the plumbing equipment.
Watersense Plumbing will not be held liable for any damages due to old; wood, ceiling boards or trusses.
Watersense Plumbing won’t be responsible for delays caused by factors unknown, undisclosed, or natural causes that occur. Notification of any factors (that you are aware of) must be sent to Watersense Plumbing promptly.
Acceptance of the above is considered your consent to these terms and conditions.
POPI
A Privacy Policy agreement is required by law if you collect personal data about your site visitors.

This means that you also consent to the processing of your information with regard to documents like quotations, invoices, reports and COC’s. When providing us with your personal information, you consent to WSP processing your personal information in accordance with the POPI Act regulation. This means that your information will remain confidential and safeguarded to meet the compliance regulations of the POPI Act.
